What are group lists for?

A group list is an easy, one-word way to remember a group of email addresses, such as "soccer-team", "family", or "staff". Each group list entry requires a nickname, and each one must be unique from the others. Nicknames may contain only numbers, letters, periods ( . ), hyphens ( - ) and underscores ( _ ).

How do I make a group list?

1. Select the Address link on the navigation bar.
2. Select the Create Group List button.
3. Select a unique nickname for the group, and add a list of email addresses. Addresses can be separated by a space, a comma, or provided one-per-line.
4. Select the Create Group List button at the bottom of the page.

How do I send mail to a group list?

1. Click on the Address link on the navigation bar.
2. Place a checkmark in one or more boxes for the groups you wish to mail.
3. Select the Address Message button.
