General Announcements and Upcoming Maintenance:

We have plans to move a couple of our primary servers to a new collocation facility in San Francisco on Labor Day Weekend. These moves will likely take place on September 5th and 6th. These moves will cause an outage of services for a period of approximately 4 hours. We will send out a more detailed notification closer to the maintenance.

Email Services:
No problems at this time.

Our regularly scheduled maintenance window is on:
Saturdays from 12:00 A.M. to 3:00 A.M. (PDT)
The following services may be affected during this period: All mail services. These may be intermittently inaccessible during this period.

Dial Up Services:
No problems at this time.

Web Services:
8/2/04 - 11:30am - One of our customer web servers was down this morning. Services should be fully restored now and email that was queued will be delivered within 5 hours.

We will be transitioning customers to new web servers during September and October. You will receive notification if you are a web hosting customer.
