How can I set up an autoreply message?

You can set up Web Mail to send an automatic reply to all your incoming messages. You might use this feature if you were to go on vacation, and wanted to let people know that you won't be checking your mail for a few days.

 

1. Under Settings in the navigation bar, choose AutoMail.
2. In the text area, type the message you'd like to be sent as a reply to all your incoming messages.
3. Check Enable AutoResponder.
4. Click Change AutoResponder.

 

Please note that not all Web Mail users will be able to enable autoresponding on the settings page; for security reasons, some domains have this capabilty disabled for their users.

How can I forward all my incoming mail to another address?

From the Settings menu on the navigation bar, select Forwarding. Check the Forward mail to: box and enter the address you'd like the mail forwarded to. If you would like to keep copies of the mail, check Keep copies of forwarded messages. Finally, click the Change Forwarding button.

 

Please note that not all Web Mail users will be able to set up forwarding on the settings page; for security reasons, some domains have this capabilty disabled for their users.

How do I show message headers?

When you are on the Read Message page of Web Mail, looking at a message, click the button to the right that says show headers.
