SalinasNet Merges with Bay Area ISP to become Ultima Networks

SalinasNet is pleased to announce its recent merger with San Francisco based Ultima Tool. Ultima Tool has been offering Internet Service to the Bay Area since 1993. As of March 1st, 1998, SalinasNet and Ultima Tool will become Ultima Networks. Ultima Networks will be a full service Internet provider for the Salinas Valley and San Francisco Bay Area.

SalinasNet was founded in February, 1996, by 23 year old, Scott Nelson, now President of Ultima Networks. SalinasNet has gained the reputation of providing friendly and reliable Internet service to all of it customers. Bryce Ryan, founder of Ultima Tool, will continue on as Vice President of Ultima Networks.
